Internet Website Design in SharePoint 2007 is designed for experienced web designers who want to know how to create a website using SharePoint Server 2007.  Topics covered include web content authoring and publishing, customization and branding of SharePoint sites, public SharePoint website considerations and forms authentication. Supplemental labs guide each student through steps of creating a website in MOSS 2007. Upon course completion, students will be able to convert an existing website to SharePoint or create a new website in SharePoint Server 2007.

Prerequisites:

 

The Internet Website Design in SharePoint Server 2007 prerequisites are Introduction to SharePoint, Intermediate SharePoint or their equivalent.  Students must also have prior experience in designing a website.

This course is designed for professional web designers required to know how to use SharePoint Server 2007 for an Internet site.
