Each SharePoint HQ course has an equal amount of lab time and lecture time. 50% lab time ensures that upon course completion you will be able to immediately use both Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007(MOSS 2007) and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0(WSS 3.0).
